OBO offers variety of metal coatings on semiconductor-used test wafers, available for 6”/8”/12” with chosen physical thickness, these coatings are made to be durable to the after processes such as dicing and pick-and-placing.
Substrate Material: Silicon / Sapphire / Fused Silica / Glass
Metalization: Al / Cu / Ti / Ag / Mo / Cr
Thickness: 30Å~30,000Å
Oxide Coating is also available per customer’s request
